Before getting into the role scoping, make sure:
1.) The PandaDoc Service Agreement is signed (search them in PandaDoc)
If it is not signed, make sure they complete it before you continue, or reschedule the call.
2.) The Fireflies notetaker is present.
Complete the following fields, then being the screenshare on page 2 of the form.
Record ID of Deal Card to be Associated
